All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and project details
  • Submit requested materials in a timely manner
  • Review drafts promptly
  • Ensure they own or have permission to use all submitted content, logos, images, trademarks, and materials

GPE is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late responses, or incomplete project requirements.

3. Payments

Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By purchasing services from GPE, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all agreed services, subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, or applicable fees.

Failure to complete payment may result in project delays, paused services, suspension, or cancellation.

4. Subscription Services

Certain services may operate on a recurring subscription basis.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected plan until canceled.

Subscription benefits, pricing, design limits, rollover terms, and turnaround expectations are described on the applicable service page.

Unused monthly design credits, if offered, may expire according to the terms listed on the service page.

GPE reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice.

5. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Projects include a reasonable number of revisions
  • Revision requests must remain within the original project scope
  • Major redesigns, new concepts, or significant content changes may require additional fees

GPE reserves the right to determine whether requested changes exceed the original project scope.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided for convenience only.

While GPE strives to complete projects promptly, turnaround times may vary depending on:

  • project complexity
  • communication delays
  • revision requests
  • workload volume
  • technical issues
  • holidays or emergencies

GPE is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of creative services, refunds are limited.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued:

  • after design work has substantially begun
  • after drafts, concepts, or deliverables have been provided
  • for completed digital services
  • for subscription billing periods already processed
  • for delays caused by client non-responsiveness
  • when a client changes direction after work begins

Possible Refund Situations

GPE may issue partial or full refunds at its sole discretion in situations including:

  • accidental duplicate payments
  • inability to deliver services
  • verified billing errors
  • projects canceled before substantial work begins

If a customer experiences concerns with a project, GPE will make reasonable efforts to address issues through revisions or communication before determining refund eligibility.

Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with GPE may result in service suspension, account restrictions, collection efforts, or legal action when appropriate.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, graphics, designs, source files, text, layouts, and materials created by GPE remain the intellectual property of GPE unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use approved final deliverables for their intended business or personal use.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • editable source files are not automatically included
  • unused concepts remain property of GPE
  • GPE may display completed work in portfolios, social media, advertisements, presentations, or promotional materials

Clients may not resell, redistribute, claim ownership of, or commercially reproduce GPE materials without permission.

9. User Content

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to GPE.

By submitting content, clients confirm they have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use those materials.
